MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1969 film?

You can watch Prontuario, full movie on FULLTV - It chronicles the offender Ceron Rene Pardo, author of five murders, and thus held in the Santiago Penitentiary international alongside Julio Ignacio Scarpizzo and El Loco Pepe. They evoke scenes from his life, including childhood - acted by Hector Abarca - nene, internship at the Penitentiary, the fifth murder and last capture. The case of Ceron Pardo hit for being a repeat offender despite the lobotomy operation that allegedly repress their aggressive instincts. Garrido make even Ceron Pardo himself acting in the title role and also involving the Uruguayan Julio Ignacio Scarpizzo and El Loco Pepe.
