MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

You can watch 'R Xmas, full movie on FULLTV - It is 1993. The Honorable David Dinkins is mayor of New York: the first black mayor. Between a walk through Central Park, last minute shopping and a visit to the Christmas tree at Rockefeller Center, a normal family and current is preparing to celebrate Christmas. She is of Puerto Rican origin. He, her husband, comes from Santo Domingo. Immigrants or children of immigrants came to USA to the American dream.
