MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1981 film?

His boss, Mr. Rigby, who had assured they would soon get a more lucrative, does not fulfill its promise. Nita's situation is quite uncomfortable, he lives with his two sons in the office where he works.
