MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

You can watch Rok dábla, full movie on FULLTV - Karel Plihal, almost fragile and autistic angel, reveal a conception of hospitals, clinics or nursing homes that speaks volumes about his anguish of living. His brother Jarek is discovered to an asylum for alcoholics. At the end of one of his visits there, from Plihal refuses, remains steadfast in his chair. Jarek and Jan are before him, call him, urging him to leave. But Karel is silent, clinging to that small space fixed to the ground by four legs has decided not to leave.
