MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1940 film?

You can watch Saps at Sea, full movie on FULLTV - The late Oliver has long worked in a factory speakers. Such work is costing health since suffering a strange excitement that becomes delirium every time it rings, with their ears, a trunk or something. The doctor visited to end his condition has recommended two things: a long journey to relax the nerves and drink goat milk to improve their status.
