MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1989 film?

It has allowed huge advances in medical cybernetics, however on the other hand it is the year 2019 and the planet ciudad.s have not seen the benefits. In the modern metropolis of Cyber -wood, a large suburb known as Cancer, a lawless place occupied by the poorest and most violent of the city. But there is an ongoing project to thereby bring justice to Cancer: an experimental suit even feeds spiritual energy and allows the wearer to peacefully arrest the gangsters of the city. Piloted by John Stalker, the initial test should have gone smoothly, however it seems that all disagree on how things are going. There is a strange sect that seeks at all costs to the resurrection of the god of darkness, and what better container than the humble John. When the test fails and John is kidnapped, his girlfriend and a heavy police begin to investigate. But what will they think when they see that their prey has become a god of evil ?
