MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

You can watch Seoul, full movie on FULLTV - While heading to the airport in Seoul, the Japanese detective Hayase is involved in prosecuting con men even try to steal a vehicle safety. Some of the scammers manage to escape, thus it Hayase has to stay in Seoul to somehow help identify the thieves who have fled. Form together with Choi Yeong Korean detective and discover that the criminals are terrorists who, with the abduction of Japanese foreign minister, plan to boycott the next summit of Asian leaders. Will Choi Yeong Hayase and locate the terrorist gang in the city of Seoul, and only in 72 hours?
