MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1992 film?

You can watch Shuang long hui, full movie on FULLTV - John and Boomer are identical twins that were separated even born little later, when the second was kidnapped by a mafia and raised by an alcoholic. Years later, John lives in America and is a famous classical musician, while his brother is a mechanic who is passionate about fighting and racing vehicles.
