MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1989 film?

You can watch Tetsuo, full movie on FULLTV - The protagonist is a strange man known as ? ? The metal fetishist ? ?, Which also has the unhealthy habit of nailed pieces of metal in the body. One day, suffers a car accident and it hits another man who, from that moment, begin to suffer strange symptoms in your own body. Strange metal protrusions arising from their face and extremities.
