MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1955 film?

Eleven years after the revolution, the remainder of the French aristocracy is led by an enigmatic character known as " The Purple Mask " that rescues nobles in trouble and kidnaps Napoleon's official then ransom them. This task is aided by a group of attractive young women led by Laurette, daughter of the Duke de Latour. But not even she knows who is behind the mask.
