MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1946 film?

You can watch The Spiral Staircase, full movie on FULLTV - In 1916, breathtaking young mute Helen is a domestic worker for elderly, ailing Mrs. Warren. Mrs. Warren's two adult sons, Albert (a professor) and womanizing impudent Steven, also reside in the Warren mansion. Mrs. Warren becomes concerned for Helen's security when a rash of murders involving 'women with afflictions' hits the neighborhood. She implores the woman doctor, Dr. Parry, to simply take Helen away on her own security. Whenever another murder happens within the Warren mansion, it becomes obvious that Helen is in danger.
