MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1989 film?

You can watch Toxic Effect, full movie on FULLTV - Within the African Cottage makes a moist heat. Mary's face is disengaged from pain during contractions. Outside, her husband, Patrick, is looking forward to the coveted birth of his son. The old midwife take the child, but when she sees his face, the smile becomes an expression of horror. Meanwhile, across the Atlantic, Steve Woodman, the CIA officer who works for the Department of Agriculture of the United States, is gathering evidence on illegal manufacture and use of Agent Orange, a chemical used during the Vietnam War destroy the growth of the forest and discover enemy troops. His investigations lead him to Africa and Clive Hyde. Steve Suspected Hyde chemical plant which supplies the " fertilizer " spray for crops that use sugar cane producers " to grow higher." The same sugar cane fields where Patrick works. And when he discovers the son of Patrick and Mary disfigured, prepares to end the unlawful operation of Hyde, which leads to an inexorable nightmare of hatred, violence and murder? ? a nightmare that can not seem to wake up ever ..
