MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2011 film?

You can watch Tren Paraguay, full movie on FULLTV - The Paraguayan railroad, designed in 1861, came in the late twentieth century into a decline similar to that of Argentina.
