MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

You can watch Utopía, full movie on FULLTV - Adrian is a young man who has spent years continually changing city and avoiding work and relate to others because it has the ability to see things that have not happened yet. It is a precog. He learned to predict the death of his parents and unable to do anything to prevent it.
