MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

You can watch Villa Henriette, full movie on FULLTV - Twelve-year-old Marie has a very special relationship with the house she lives in with her extended family. Marie secretly talks to it as if it were alive and interprets strange occurrences in the already somewhat dilapidated building as 'human' reactions and behaviors of the mansion. When Marie's grandmother, who has dreamed for years of delighting mankind with her environmentally friendly technical inventions, falls for a swindler, loses all her money and the property is to be auctioned off, the desperate girl tries everything to save her home. She is not only 'actively' supported by the house, but also by her friends Stefan and Konrad. What is made more difficult, however, by the fact that they both want to 'go' with her and suddenly require her to choose one of them.
