MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1996 film?

However, the bitter struggle between the two sides and also the fate of the earth have their key Shirou Kamui, a teenager with an eccentric power. The Dragons of Heaven, defenders of order, have been fighting for years against the Dragons of Earth, who seek to destroy the world waiting for further purification.
