The perpetrators of such heinous acts are madmen who manipulated by a deranged psychiatrist, the heirs of the Inquisition are created, with the mission to pursue witches, witches and other heretics. A quiet center, Club Tibb, would be a front for some kind of devil-worship, and every woman who passes by is kidnapped, tortured and killed.
