To his doom, the successful candidate is a liberal and puts more emphasis than he would like in social policy. Not only that, when distributing the ministries, the Prime Minister not only ignores the advice of Urquarth, but failed in its promise to give himself a ministry. From that moment, Urquarth going to harassment and demolition of the Prime Minister, a task that appears to be ideally equipped, fully deploying a staggering genius for intrigue and duplicity.
