MOVIE SYNOPSIS: You can watch Redemption: The Stan Tookie Williams Story, full movie on FULLTV - Chronicled Stanley " Tookie " Williams, a founder of the famous Crips street gang in Los Angeles. In 1981 he was sentenced to death for killing two years before a clerk shot, and also for the murder of a motel owners in Los Angeles and their daughter during a robbery, also in 1979. Once in prison Williams, who also never admitted to being guilty of the murders, renounced violence, wrote books for young somehow warning of the dangers of joining gangs and was the focus of media then that his followers will nominate for the Nobel Peace Prize. That group called for his death sentence was commuted to life imprisonment, so that from the jail continue with their social work. Upon entering prison, Williams suffered what he described as a " redemptive transition ."
