But in the hills that surround the city center close to its people's poverty. They live in old elevators moving or referring endless up and down stairs, carrying water. Meanwhile, the rich have fun, ignoring them. It tells the story of Valparaiso, " Paradise Valley ", ever place dominated by conquerors and pirates who also faces the natural elements: the sea, the sun, wind and fire.
