MOVIE SYNOPSIS: You can watch Beynelmilel, full movie on FULLTV - The year is 1982. In a small Turkish village, an army commander Halls is determined to turn a group of street musicians in a military band properly. After forcing them to wear some old French uniforms that had long saved time, gives orders to compose and perform a march to host an official delegation to visit the place. They also prepare a welcome, but opposite sign, Haydar, fascinated by communism student and daughter of the director of the orchestra. In an act of rebellion, want to sound the International over the intercom during the reception ceremony. The events take a tragicomic turn when the orchestra and the two rebel cross their paths.
