Both seem to have forgotten the incident desadorable wedding day, when Basil Hale, a former suitor of Jane, interrupted the ceremony. But strange things happen in the mansion: one night Jane discovers her husband next to a printing press, and when day is done Peter, amnesiac, wakes up with no memory of the night, in your room is a hammer and a shirt with bloodstains. The mystery continues to increase.
