But times of happiness does not last forever, and after the death of King Fernando, Rodrigo becomes embroiled in a world of plots and conspiracies that will end the life of Sancho and the consequent coronation of Prince Alfonso. Suddenly, Rodrigo loses all that has acquired without effort, his best mate and love of his beloved Gimenez, being unjustly banished from Castile without honor. Away from home and in hostile territory, Rodrigo and a few men, with special help from Prince Al- Mutamin, begin an adventure full of action and passion you will never forget, recovering territories and facing the dreaded Ben Yussuff, staunch enemy of Alfonso Rey brand, and determined to conquer the entire peninsula.
