Anticipating a meeting of historic significance, two aspiring filmmakers obtain a grant from a soft beverage business to document the big event because it unfolds. Their footage vividly illustrates different agendas and perspectives in attendance. While the organizers sink deeper into the logistical nightmare of handling a modern revolution the filmmakers bear witness toward team's loss in self-confidence inside their ability to replace the world.
