MOVIE SYNOPSIS: You can watch Novembre, full movie on FULLTV - In a town located on the Jura mountain range, north of the Swiss Alps, an old house accommodates two people, mother and son, on his retirement from the planet. She has almost ninety years and he was a little over sixty. The two have long hair and faded, and seem to live while waiting for something. But what ? Much of the strength Novembre documentary is never to reveal that answer, as if not at least interested. No: the piece of film Abel dodges any attempt Davoine problem or dramatic knot to keep walking towards observational stillness, making your family portrait album faint static fluctuations, rather than a sequential, chronological document. Not to sound so vague and daring, you could even say that Novembre is a film that abandons itself to the logic of waiting more maddeningly fruitful. Fortunately for many, there is still room in the film for the simple evolution of images.
