Numerous tornadoes converge on the town, spreading fear in its wake, devastating and unpredictable. Similar to Jupiter's Great Red Spot, a giant jet stream has focused on Manhattan. To cope with the disaster, the alacalde James Lawrence and his wife, Cassie meteorologist should forget her marital problems and seek together a way to appease the fury of tornadoes.
