Doch sein Vater Suresh (Mohan Joshi) ist ein einfacher Arbeiter, der sogar schon im Knast sass, und ihr Vater ist der angesehene Anwalt Amritalal Sharma (Govind Namdeo). Kein Wunder geraten die beiden Väter sofort in Streit und verbieten den Sprösslingen eine Beziehung. Doch Amir und Dolly haben noch ein Problem: Ihre Freundin Tina ist den Drogen verfallen.
