MOVIE SYNOPSIS: You can watch What! With Prohibition nearing completion, Comrade Elmer has an idea that will make them rich moreover, opening a factory just before the end of the ban. His ineptitude leads them to invent a non-alcoholic beer, leaving them out of business, but then turns out to be a beer very cheap to build, so that a smuggler understand that you can increase profits by partnering with Elmer and his friend.
