MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

As cocky as inept, Dix is immersed in a plot that could destroy all the ideals he believes in, although it has never come to understand: Truth, Justice and the American Way of Life. After urgent instructions from his boss, Secretary Osgood, and luscious sent Vegan, Cassandra Menage, Dix takes flight to the moon in a space shuttle. This movie is part of the 2001 trilogy (1968, 2000, 2001).
