MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1985 film?

You can watch A Summer to Remember, full movie on FULLTV - Toby is a deaf baby because of the trauma that resulted in the death of his father, only speaks sign language mediant eel. Now, her mother remarried, and Toby has a sister, Jill, which has some appreciation, but can not stand her stepfather.
