While taking care of their daily lives, Adela is involved in worldly and dramatic events of its neighbors. It is then better their distinction and loneliness are perceived. A stunning portrait of the plight of many elderly in the Philippines, victims of poverty and corruption that has spread to many families and has let the elderly fend for themselves.
