MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1962 film?

You can watch Advise and Consent, full movie on FULLTV - Robert Leffingwell is the candidate of President of the United States to thus occupy the secretary of state, but instead you must submit to a Senate investigation, which in addition decide if it's the right person for a position of such responsibility. At the head of the investigation committee is idealistic Senator Brig Anderson, who finds that in his youth Leffingwell was linked to a communist corporation.
