"After Tiller " moves between the rapidly developing stories of these doctors, all of whom were close associates of Dr. Tiller, and are fighting to keep this service available in the wake of his death. These four people have become the number one target of the pro-life movement, however, continue to risk their lives every day to do the work that many call murder - but that doctors believe literally saves lives. "After Tiller " shows and confronts the harassment of the protesters, the challenges in their personal lives, and a number of difficult ethical decisions.
