MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1997 film?

You can watch Against the Law, full movie on FULLTV - A heroic action during a raid against drug dealers John Shepard makes is considered by all as the best police in Los Angeles. Rex also thinks so, a young psychopath determined to prove that he is the fastest of the gunmen.
