MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1997 film?

You can watch Agir Roman, full movie on FULLTV - The movie is placed in a rundown, crime ridden community of Istanbul dubbed 'Cholera Street' (Kolera Soka??). Salih is a mechanic and son of a respected barber Ali. A female Tina gets to Cholera street in which she occupies residence and works as a prostitute. Deniz is a ganster whom gives himself the nickname 'Reiss' ('Chief'), tries to take control of the neighbourhood through intidimation.
