MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2010 film?

The film revisits the theme of the double and his question: will there be, somewhere in the world, a double for each of us? And if any, what would happen if we took your life? The director says that inspired much the story El Sur by Jorge Luis Borges, which is the story of a man who dreams of a glorious death, that is not their own if not an ancestor he never knew.
