MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

Since they left Dib and his gang have been living in the harbor, but Ali wants to go further: he wants to become a sailor and travel the world. One day, during a confrontation with the gang of Dib, Ali is killed. Once returned the body to the port might have forgotten him and leave him, but bury him as a prince decide.
