MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

However his life changes when small-time thief Jojo breaks into his car and steals his briefcase containing a book on screen-writing and Jake's filofax of 'contacts'. Jojo's new script ensures he quickly becomes the talk of the town.
