MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1951 film?

Among mothers who have brought their daughters Maddalena Cecconi is a neighborhood woman who dreams of seeing her daughter in the Olympus of the big stars. Against the will of her husband, Maddalena spares no means to achieve their goal: Mary enrolls in a course of dancing and acting, photographer and hairdresser pays him dressed as charged.
