MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

You can watch Besat, full movie on FULLTV - A virus is about to sow death and destruction Earth. A Romanian man comes to Copenhagen and dies shortly thereafter with symptoms similar to those caused by the Ebola virus. An ambitious young doctor moves to Romania in the company of a medical student to locate the source of infection. What has not been considered is the presence of a star that portends misfortune evil, or that of a man who is wreaking havoc on the streets.
