MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

You can watch Blood: The Last Vampire, full movie on FULLTV - A new breed of vampires has emerged from the darkness. They are among us, bloodthirsty lurking in search of new victims. A silent war between vampires and humans has exploded. A secret organization has been designated to clean the world of this threat. Among his best agents discovered a mysterious girl named Saya, whose cold and calculating character make it the best vampire hunter. Therefore it has been chosen to carry out a dangerous mission: infiltrate a US military base in Japan and investigate whether the series of mysterious deaths that occurred recently are related to vampires. Remake with actors from the film anime of the same name directed by Hiroyuki Kitakubo in 2000.
