MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1996 film?

You can watch Bloodhounds, full movie on FULLTV - Charles Veasey is a murderer about to be executed, yet manages to escape from prison. Cruise is a teen Nikki police are determined to find Veasey, since it killed his father, a veteran police. Despite the reluctance of his superiors, Nikki begins to search the criminal. Then Harrison Coyle, a successful author of detective novels, which provides aid to Nikki because Veasey thinks the case is an excellent subject for his next book appears.
