MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1997 film?

His quiet life changes dramatically the day he discovered a set of keys in one of the mailboxes in a building in which correspondence leaves. The keys give you access to department Line, a deaf woman, who is related to a psychotic criminal. Although he does not know at that time, their fates are about dangerously intertwined.
