MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1954 film?

Using Tuxedo provides access to exclusive places and meet important people. During this time, Cantinflas is manager of an amateur boxer, an attractive nurse assistant and occasionally attends a priest in the church and in the orphanage. However, one day Cantinflas, while wearing the tuxedo, he meets a rich man, who mistakenly believes that Cantinflas is also a millionaire.
