MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

A vampire hunter from Europe warns Celestino about his neighbor and tries to recruit his help in salvaging a much cherished national history. But there is however a difficulty: this vampire will not perish by a stake through their heart and also to avoid destruction he wears tin underwear.
