MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2013 film?

You can watch Chichi wo torini, full movie on FULLTV - Koharu Higashimura is a 17-year-old senior school student, surviving in a rural city. Koharu lives along with her older sister Hazuki and mom Sawa. 14 years ago, Koharu's dad abandoned their family after meeting a brand new girl. One night at supper, Sawa informs her daughters that their dad has terminal cancer and so they is going see him before it's far too late. Sawa provides her daughters a camera and asks should they usually takes an image of him, because she'd like to see. Koharu and Hazuki then keep for the medical center where their father is hospitalized. While riding the train towards the hospital, Koharu, that has does not have any memories of the daddy, asks Hazuki about their dad.
