MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1990 film?

You can watch Dark Angel: I Come in Peace, full movie on FULLTV - Jack Kane, a detective of unconventional Houston, follows in the footsteps of a band of smugglers, known as ' The Whites ', responsible for the theft of a consignment of heroin from a police station and later explosion LMAs it. Shortly thereafter, some of the band members are dead, with cuts in the neck produced by a gun individualize unattainable. Drug, there is no trace.
