MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

You can watch Dissonances, full movie on FULLTV - Nat drives on the interstate with his two young daughters in the straight back seats, whenever a car or truck drives by and a not known man shoots one of his daughters dead for no reason. Nat's life is shattered. He becomes enthusiastic about locating the killers, assaults two guys, kills one, visits prison, is left by his wife, grows old estranged from his other daughter. We come across the action first through Nat's eyes, then via Brautigan, the cop in control of the research, and finally from perspective for the remaining child Margo. The deconstructed narrative echoes the chaos within Nat and emphasizes the fact the figures are from tune collectively, which will be this is regarding the original name.
