MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

You can watch Dr. Aleman, full movie on FULLTV - Marc, a teenage German doctor, reaches the Colombian city of Cali in an exchange visit and start working in the local hospital. The surgery seems to be a battlefield: most of his patients have been stabbed or wounded by gunfire in street brawls. The young man, from a family of traditional physicians, ignored warnings from his superiors and enters the Siloam slum in search of a little excitement. There he becomes the companion of the guys in the local band and falls for Wanda, a girl who has a stall in the market. His new life of drugs and dangerous encounters tarnish his reputation and earned her the nickname " Doctor German " distanciándole of his fellow sanitarium and family that welcomes you.
