MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1957 film?

You can watch Edge of the City, full movie on FULLTV - Axel Nordmann is a man with a dark past. Newly arrived in New York, finds work as a stevedore and port Tyler befriends Tommy, a black teenager. Although Tommy is working and respectful of your fellow, Charles Malik, the foreman, he is not satisfied, fearing that racial conflict may arise between the workers. He even Axel threaten with dismissal if they do not withdraw from Tommy, but it will not break as solid friendship.
